May 3, 2021 We have an exciting opportunity for a Development Lead, to join our team based in the UK. The appointed person will be responsible for leading our IT team in supporting our clients, our data science team and product managers. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone to solve some tough business problems, join a high performing team, and to contribute directly to the expansion of our revenue opportunities via managing the evolution and delivery of our signature Cloud Platform.
Responsibilities :
► Establish and maintain credibility and reliability with clients.
► Analyze current technologies used within the company and determine ways to improve the platform.
► Develop the technical strategy for the evolution of Zinia and manage the implementation.
► Manage the day-to-day relationship with our 3rd party software development team and software vendors.
► Lead the IT work with clients, our data science team and product managers to identify and isolate issues in the software platform.
► Ensure the delivery of maintenance releases and support updates to customers.
The successful candidate will have:
► 3 To 5 Years of experience as a Developer on Cloud Projects.
► At least 5+ Years’ experience in software engineering.
► Strong time management and leadership skills are essential.
► Full Stack experience developing both Front-end, web-based UI and server-side technology on the cloud.
► Knowledge of relational database systems (Oracle, SQL Server) and SQL query skills.
► Exposure to Unit, quality assurance, software and UAT testing
► Experience working in a DevOps environment, with knowledge of source code control and CI Systems (i.e. GitHub/Bitbucket/Stash, Jenkins etc.
Preferred Skills :
► Development Experience on AWS.
► Understanding of frameworks and architectural best practices.
► Understanding of cloud adoption strategies and enterprise scale use of public cloud platforms.
► Experience with non-SQL/Big Data databases, MongoDB.
► Project management skills.
